The tourist tax is not included in the room price and is to be paid on the spot above the age of 18: 550,- HUF/person/night.

ARRIVAL – CHECK-OUT
The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of earlier arrival or later departure we gladly store the luggage at the reception area in a closed room.
early check-in / Late check-out
Depending on the hotel's free capacity, you may opt for of 'early check-in' (11:00 a.m.) or 'late check-out' (5:00 p.m.), for an additional charge of 5.000,- HUF / request / room including the use of our wellness department all day long.
NON-SMOKING ROOMS
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, all rooms are non-smoking rooms. According to the law paragraph XLI. of 2011 smoking is prohibited in the complete area of our hotel. Smoking areas are available outdoors.
RESTAURANT
Breakfast is served between 07:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in our restaurant.
Guests are welcome at Restaurant Tornácos from 07:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. with traditional, regional and seasonal delicacies.
Halfboard
Halfboard-dinner is served between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Restaurant Tornácos: a 3-course-meal or buffet dinner over 20 persons.
PETS
Small pets are welcome at Hotel Tornácos for an extra fee of 3.900,- HUF / pet / night.
CANCELLATION
The following conditions apply for cancelling a booked and confirmed room or in case of non-arrival:
- the room can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival
- the room can be cancelled with the charge of 30 per cent of the price within 120 and 24 hours
- the room can be cancelled charging the full price within 24 hours.
